Jaderson is passionate about education, leadership, and helping others grow. He holds a Bachelor of Physical Education, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master’s in Management, and brings more than nine years of experience in teaching, coaching, and administrative roles in both Brazil and Canada. As a proud Crandall University alumnus, he completed his master’s degree there before moving into higher education leadership.

His professional background includes teaching in Brazil, managing educational programs and after-school initiatives in Canada, leading a sales team, and supporting university students through academic advising and registrar services. At Crandall University, he worked in the registrar’s office, helping students navigate key academic decisions, and also facilitates a course in the management program.

As an Athletic Director, Jaderson focuses on building programs that support student-athletes academically, physically, and personally. He is dedicated to creating environments where athletes feel supported, included, and motivated to reach their goals. Whether he is mentoring student-athletes, developing sport programming, supporting coaches, or organizing institutional events, he prioritizes strong communication, teamwork, and long-term development.

Beyond his administrative work, Jaderson enjoys researching topics related to performance, leadership, and athlete development—bringing together his passion for sport with his interest in strategy and program improvement.
